At TIRELLI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all TIRELLI tags still attached.

  Request Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization.

• 3.
  Package & Post

  Securely pack your items and use a trackable shipping service to send the parcel back to our Melbourne warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
